Experienced international squad DINAMIC Motorsport will make its Fanatec GT2 European Series Powered by Pirelli debut on home soil at Monza later this month (20-22 September).
The Italian outfit is already a familiar name from the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS paddock. Indeed, the team won its maiden event at Monza in 2019 and went on to claim further victories at the Nürburgring (2020), another at Monza (2021) and at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (2022).
For its Fanatec GT2 introduction, DINAMIC Motorsport will field a Maserati GT2 at the Trident’s home event in Italy. The #67 entry will be spearheaded by Pro-Am pairing Roberto Pampanini and Mauro Calamia, who previously formed a class-winning partnership at the Nürburgring 24 Hours.
Italian Pampanini honed his racing knowledge in both the 24H Series and Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe, predominantly alongside Swiss driver Calamia, who is a former Trofeo Maserati World Series winner.
“We are excited to make our debut at Monza in this world-class championship”, said DINAMIC team owner Maurizio Lusuardi. “The circuit is one of the most fascinating and challenging on the calendar and is a true symbol of motorsport. The cars that will take to the track represent the ultimate in engineering and design and we are ready to compete on such a historic and technical track.
“Our team has worked hard to optimise every aspect, and we believe Monza is the ideal stage to showcase our skills. With extraordinary cars and legendary tracks like this, I personally believe in the success of this championship, which we are ready to tackle with determination.”
DIMANIC Motorsport will join the Fanatec GT2 European Series Powered by Pirelli grid at Monza for the penultimate double-header event of the season.
