The #18 LP Racing Maserati has been disqualified from Saturday's GT2 European Series powered by Pirelli race at Misano. The car – which initially secured the overall and Masters class wins – was found to be 13kg under the minimum weight of 1,403kg. The team did not object to the disqualification. This promotes the sister #1 LP Racing Maserati to the Masters win while the #119 MZR KTM inherits the overall victory.
