RTR doubles up with proven Mercedes-AMG pairing of Rokos and Lisa

RTR Projects has completed its GT2 European Series powered by Pirelli line-up for the season by confirming Ondřej Rokos and Petr Lisa will handle its Masters class Mercedes-AMG GT2.

The Czech team had already announced its Pro-Am entry with Viktor Mráz and Mato Homola aboard its KTM X-Bow GT2 and will now return to a twin-brand attack with the return of its Mercedes-AMG which debuted the previous term.

Rokos and Lisa competed together for the first time back in 2024 when they shared a KTM X-Bow GT2 in the Central and Eastern European GT Cup (ESET CUP). They made the step into the GT2 European Series last year with the Mercedes-AMG, scoring seven podium finishes together as Lisa finished second in the Masters (formerly Am) class standings, with Rokos fourth in a part-campaign.

The pair boast an impressive record of finishing on the podium in every GT2 Europe event they have contested together, which gives the team confidence they can put together a title challenge this season.

RTR Projects said in a statement: “Ondřej and Petr enter the 2026 season aiming to build on last year’s success and take another step forward. Their goal is to score points consistently, maintain strong performances throughout the season, and confirm their position in the Masters category.

"At the same time, they want to focus on further developing their driving skills and maximising the car’s potential. The GT2 European Series is a great platform with an incredible atmosphere where experienced professionals meet gentleman drivers, and this year’s selection of circuits promises a very exciting season.”
