SRO Motorsports Group and Curbstone Events are saddened to share the news of Patrick Van Glabeke's passing.
Patrick was an accomplished amateur racing driver who contested several SRO-run series and achieved a class podium at the 24 Hours of Spa in 2017.
His personal relationship with SRO runs much deeper, however. In 2008 Patrick established Curbstone Events, which - under the subsequent joint management of SRO, the RACB and Patrick - has grown to become Europe's premier organiser of track day and automotive lifestyle experiences.
His vision and passion will remain cornerstones of the business' current and future success.
A book of condolence will be available during the next event at Spa-Francorchamps for friends of Curbstone and Patrick who wish to leave a message, share a memory or pay tribute to him.
The thoughts of SRO and Curbstone are with Patrick’s family, loved ones and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
